Hajde da pronađemo vaš dom iz snova

"Dan was incredibly patient, attentive, and responsive throughout our entire home buying process. As first-time homebuyers, we started out with very little idea of exactly what we wanted. Dan gave us guidance when we needed it, but also gave us the time and space to figure things out without ever making us feel pressured. We worked with Dan for months and covered a lot of ground, starting in the Northtowns, then looking in Clarence, and eventually settling in the Southtowns. Throughout the process, he was knowledgeable, flexible, and extremely accommodating. With my girlfriend’s and my work schedules, finding time for showings was not always easy, but Dan always made it work. He met us in the mornings, evenings, and on weekends, and often arranged showings for us on very short notice. Dan was also a huge help in navigating the process as first-time buyers. He helped us understand the bidding process, guided us through our offers, and stayed in constant contact with sellers’ agents. When we were outbid on homes, he was always reassuring and kept us moving in the right direction. He sent us new options regularly, but also understood when we were getting tired of the process and needed a break. We never felt like he was trying to push us into a house just to get a deal done. Once we found the right home, Dan helped us through every step and recommended a great attorney and lender who were both extremely helpful throughout the process. He made what could have been an extremely stressful first-time home buying experience feel surprisingly routine. We could not recommend Dan more highly. If you are looking for a realtor to take you from step A to Z with no pressure but expert guidance through the entire process, then Dan is your guy."
